Baby its a wild world

Ok so I have been planning on doing a post on my favourite show for a while now but Amelia sparked my mermory and so here I go. I don't think I've ever loved another show so much (other than glee) in my whole life. I'd heard about Skins last year after seeing slumdog millionaire and hearing that thats how Dev Patel got his start. Its real, gritty and shows you that not everyone is beautiful or has perfect lives. Unlike Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill or 90210 which are ,lets face it, shit (excuse my french) it really gets you actually feeling for the charcters and all of the episodes are really worth watching. Also, the charcters don't look like they're 30. If you don't believe me, WATCH IT.

XOXOXO

Good to know that the older DSLRs work just as well, I'll definitely keep that in mind!

  8. Gaah. I love skins! It's my absolute favorite, I've been watching it religiously since it started and love it even more because it's filmed where I live (Bristol, UK).

Love your blog! Thanks for commenting mine.

  9. So true!! I watched a few episodes the other day and they're a million times better than any of these plastic shows. It shows real things, real issues, and my favorite part is that the actors portrait the age, they're not oldies of 30 playing a role of a teenager, that makes it even better. And also that they gave chance to new faces, talented people with barely no experience, that's refreshing. :)
    Sincerely Louie, Ciao!
